These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the NDF expense management SaaS platform. By accessing the Service, the user acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms unconditionally.
NDF is a multi-tenant SaaS application enabling digitalization and management of professional expense reports, including report submission, approval workflow, mileage tracking based on the French tax scale, analytic accounting, receipts archiving and accounting CSV exports.
Access requires account creation with email and password. Two-factor authentication is available. Users must provide accurate information and keep their credentials confidential. The Service is reserved to adults acting in a professional context.
Users agree to use the Service in good faith. The following are prohibited: submitting fraudulent reports or falsified receipts, impersonating another user, attempting to bypass security measures, using the Service for illegal purposes, mass-extracting data without authorization.
Personal data processing is governed by a dedicated Privacy Policy (GDPR). Users have rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability that can be exercised from their personal account.
All elements of the Service (software, interfaces, trademarks, logos, content) are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited. Data entered by users remains their exclusive property.
NDF SaaS commits to providing a Service compliant with industry standards and maintaining reasonable availability. NDF SaaS cannot be held responsible for content entered by users, tax or accounting consequences of declarations, or Service interruptions due to maintenance, force majeure or third-party provider failures.
Maintenance operations may require interruptions, ideally scheduled during off-peak hours. NDF SaaS reserves the right to evolve the Service (new features, interface updates) without this constituting grounds for termination.
Users may stop using the Service at any time. Account closure deactivates access immediately. Data is retained according to legal requirements (10 years for accounting documents) then archived or deleted.
These Terms may be updated. Any modification triggers an explicit re-acceptance at the next user connection.
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
